Here’s how it works
Introduction
We wouldn’t want to build a van for anyone without first meeting them and hearing about their intended use for the van so that we can cater to their needs! During our Discovery phone call we can get a general idea of the kind of build you’re looking for and get back to you with a ballpark estimate of what your build will cost.
Design & Estimate
This is one of the most fun parts of the process where you get to daydream about all of the elements your perfect van would include. After the design phone call when we have nailed down what layout you’re looking for, we’ll send over a rough sketch that details what your build will look like from a bird’s eye view along with a more detailed estimate of what your build will cost.
In order to hold your spot in our build schedule, we require a $2000 deposit. This deposit will get applied to the balance of your build.
Build
Before the build begins we will invoice you for parts and materials. When payment is received we’ll begin the process of turning your van into a work of art on wheels. On average, it takes 8-12 weeks to build a custom van. During this process we will send you weekly updates along with photos of how your conversion is coming along. Halfway into the build we will invoice you for 25% of the total estimate with the final payment being due on the day you pick up the van.
